Techub News reported that at the Global Web3 Dev Con conference hosted by Web3Labs and co-hosted by TRON, Pharos, and Techub News, Michael, CEO and co-founder of Brevis, delivered a keynote speech titled "The Infinite Computing Layer of Web3," sharing innovative practices in blockchain scalability and computational efficiency. Michael pointed out that traditional blockchains are limited in deploying complex applications due to the high costs of repeated node computations and performance constraints.
Brevis introduced a "verifiable computation" solution, which decouples computation from verification, enabling off-chain computation and efficient on-chain verification. Its core technology, Pico ZKVM, supports Rust development and is the first to achieve 99% Ethereum block proof generation within 12 seconds, potentially increasing Ethereum's execution capability by 100 times and reducing costs by 10 times. Currently, this architecture already supports protocols like PancakeSwap with tens of billions of dollars in TVL. Michael predicted that over the next decade, 99% of blockchain computations will transition to a ZK-driven model, providing a new high-performance, high-privacy, and scalable paradigm for Web3 application development.
