The division promises investors a guaranteed return rate of 17.5%, aiming to help enterprise clients build and deploy AI systems. The division has immediately begun operations, integrating approximately 150 engineers from Tomoro who are directly embedded into client organizations. This move puts OpenAI in direct competition with Anthropic, Google Cloud, and others in the enterprise AI deployment space, while also raising the market barrier for alternative solutions such as decentralized AI networks.
