Techub News, according to crypto.news, digital asset liquidity firm B2C2 has been granted a Crypto Asset Service Provider (CASP) license by the Luxembourg Financial Supervisory Commission, allowing it to provide over-the-counter spot crypto trading services to 27 EU member states and 3 European Economic Area countries under the EU's MiCA framework.
The company stated that this approval makes it the first global over-the-counter liquidity provider to obtain a CASP license under this framework. B2C2 CEO Thomas Restout noted that this marks recognition of the company's regulatory and operational standards in governance and compliance. Previously, crypto firms such as Coinbase, Bitpanda, and Kraken have also obtained MiCA licenses.
