Listed company Mogo has been renamed Orion Digital and will expand its Bitcoin treasury reserves.

Techub News reports that the listed company Mogo has been renamed Orion Digital Corp. and has expanded its Bitcoin treasury reserves. It has transformed into a multi-engine digital financial platform covering wealth management, payments, and digital assets. The company's common shares are expected to begin trading on Nasdaq and the Toronto Stock Exchange under the new ticker symbol ORIO on January 2, 2026. Orion Digital stated that it began incorporating Bitcoin into its corporate treasury in 2020 and is now continuously expanding its Bitcoin reserves. The company is also the largest shareholder of WonderFi following its merger with the digital asset platform Coinsquare in 2023. In 2024, Robinhood Markets, Inc. announced the acquisition of WonderFi for $250 million.
