NVIDIA stated that the open-source model Ising provides the world's best AI-based quantum processor calibration capabilities, along with quantum error correction decoding that is up to 2.5 times faster and three times more accurate than traditional methods. Jensen Huang said, "Artificial intelligence is crucial for realizing the practicality of quantum computing. With Ising, AI will become the control plane—the operating system of the quantum machine—transforming fragile qubits into scalable and reliable quantum GPU systems."
