Platform enterprises are supported in applying digital intelligence technologies such as virtual reality, the metaverse, artificial intelligence, and blockchain to create multi-scenario, immersive consumption experiences. Platform enterprises are guided to carry out brand and quality promotion activities to boost consumption. The primary responsibility of platform enterprises is emphasized, requiring strengthened qualification reviews of operators and product information verification, as well as improved rapid dispute resolution mechanisms for consumption issues.
