Bitcoin Ordinals explorer Ord.io announces it will shut down on June 1.

Techub News, according to CryptoBriefing, Bitcoin Ordinals browser Ord.io and trading app Zap have announced that they will cease operations on June 1. The platform, which has served over 1 million users over three years, is unable to sustain operations due to financial difficulties. The team plans to upload historical data to GitHub after closure.

Launched in 2023, the platform offered Satributes rare satoshi analysis and Runes real-time tracking features. The team reminds users to export their private keys and back up data before June 1, as stored content will be inaccessible after the servers shut down. As Ordinals ecosystem trading volume has declined from its peak, such infrastructure faces ongoing operational pressure.
