Banco de Crédito del Perú becomes the country's first bank to offer regulated cryptocurrency services

It allows specific clients to purchase and hold Bitcoin and USDC under BitGo's custody. According to the announcement, users participating in the pilot need to complete registration, provide proof of minimum banking transaction history with BCP, and complete an investment risk assessment before purchasing.
