t54 Labs Completes $5 Million Seed Funding Round with Participation from Ripple and Franklin Templeton

Techub News reported, according to The Block, AI agent infrastructure company t54 Labs has completed a $5 million seed round of financing. The round was co-led by Anagram, PL Capital, and Franklin Templeton, with participation from institutions including Ripple, Virtuals Ventures, Blockchain Coinvestors, and ABCDE. Founded in January 2025, the company focuses on providing "Know Your Agent" identity verification, real-time risk control, credit lines, and integrated settlement tools for AI Agents capable of autonomously initiating payments and transactions. It utilizes blockchain as a programmable and auditable settlement and liability layer. Currently operational on networks such as XRP Ledger, Solana, and Base, it is also developing an open-source trust layer for the x402 payment protocol incubated by Coinbase. Recently, it has also reached an integration partnership with Evernorth, a digital asset treasury company supported by Ripple.
