Event Overview
At Team26, the core message repeatedly emphasized by Atlassian was "Teamwork Graph."
Previous AI applications used RAG and prompts to pass organization-specific documents and information—in other words, the organization's "knowledge"—to AI.
What Teamwork Graph handles is the organization's "relationships" beyond that.
It not only uses information accumulated in Confluence and Jira, but also makes AI understand how people, work, knowledge, and goals are connected.
Teamwork Graph and Rovo are expected to bring changes such as: making it easier to find necessary information, easier to reach experts, connecting goals, work, people, and knowledge across teams and organizations.
On the other hand, new themes are emerging: What data enters Teamwork Graph and through what triggers? As an administrator, what should be configured and how to decide how much to show to AI? What is needed to leverage "who knows what" in the organization?
This ACE Tokyo Meetup will start with Teamwork Graph and Rovo discussed at Team26, and explore the mechanism and data scope of Teamwork Graph, key points from an administrator's perspective for configuration and operations, and the impact on internal information flow and teamwork. Participants will discuss changes in teamwork and information sharing in the AI era, incorporating practical usage and operational perspectives.
Additionally, a social gathering will be held in the latter half.
This Meetup is open to all who are interested in Atlassian products. Whether you are a daily user of Atlassian products, considering adoption, or a first-time participant in a community event, you are warmly welcome.

If coming on foot, by taxi, bus, JR Line, Ginza Line, or Inokashira Line, enter from 2F.
If coming via Tokyu Toyoko Line, Fukutoshin Line, Tokyu Den-en-toshi Line, or Hanzomon Line, enter from B2F.
Take the office elevator to 17F.
At the 17F office lobby, receive a visitor card from the staff.
Pass through the high-floor security gate, then take the elevator to 40F.
There is a deadline for reception. For operational reasons, a final reception time is set. Please understand.
Final reception at 17F: 19:15.
After that, you cannot pass through the security gate and will not be able to enter the venue. Please be careful.

Fumiya Okazaki - Infrastructure Engineer and Project Manager at DeNA IT Strategy Department. Graduated from Kwansei Gakuin University, Faculty of Letters in 2012, then joined an IT company in Kansai. Responsible for internal systems such as employee ID management and mail servers, while also serving as a network specialist involved in optimizing architecture for commercial data center services. Later participated in launching a DX division as an SRE, encountering agile development and Scrum. Joined DeNA IT Strategy Department in November 2019. Has handled projects such as Active Directory migration to cloud, business integration, and head office relocation, while also supporting team building. Currently supports teams aiming to improve satisfaction of internal engineers and creators, and is involved in migrating Atlassian products to cloud...
Masateru Ito - Nomura Research Institute. Joined Nomura Research Institute in 2009 as a SE, working on web application development. In 2017, encountered the Atlassian community and became passionate about agile and Scrum. Works on visualizing team status and creating new ideas to revitalize teams. Joined the company's bit Labs in 2020, promoting internal DX knowledge sharing and DX-related training.
