■ What is Public BIGCHAT? We have prepared a time for you to directly participate in AUSG's regular activity, BIGCHAT, and get to know AUSG better! BIGCHAT is a knowledge-sharing platform where AUSG members participate, holding bi-weekly presentations and discussions on various topics such as development, cloud, and careers. It is AUSG's regular gathering. By participating in the Public BIGCHAT, we hope you will experience the atmosphere of BIGCHAT firsthand, interact with AUSG members, and get to know AUSG more closely.

- Subtitle: Going beyond simple error summaries, sharing experience in building a pipeline where AI autonomously diagnoses and responds to incidents.

- Subtitle: Sharing the experience of migrating a customer inquiry auto-reply RAG system, which crammed batch, query, and serving into a single EC2, to AWS's latest serverless services.

- Topic: "Our Growth Starts at AUSG!" - AUSG Introduction and 10th Recruitment Promotion
- Subtitle: What kind of club is AUSG? We will share the activities over the past year, including the knowledge-sharing platform 'BIGCHAT', the university student conference 'AUSGCON', and tight-knit networking activities, as well as the 10th recruitment schedule and application tips.

■ Participation Eligibility This event is open to anyone: university students, developers, or IT industry professionals.
■ Participation Guide
- Application period is until June 18, 11:59 PM.
- Participation fee is 10,000 KRW, please deposit to [Toss Bank Lee Tae-kyung (Group Account) 1002-4521-2814].
- The fee is used to prevent no-shows, produce merchandise for participants, and support AUSG activities.
- All participants of this Public BIGCHAT will receive a small gift and refreshments!! 🎁
- Right after applying, the status will show as "Not Attending".
- Once the organizers confirm the fee payment, the status will change to "Attending" and show "Paid".
- Fee confirmation and status changes are handled manually by the organizers, not through the Meetup system.
- Final participants are determined in order of fee payment among applicants.
- If the participation fee is not paid by the application deadline, participation will be canceled.
- For building entry, please provide simple information when applying on Meetup. Participation will be restricted if not provided.

- Refund requests are possible until June 18, 11:59 PM.
- For refund, please go to the Refund Request Page, select 'AUSG University Student Group' and apply.
- Please make the request with the same name as the account sender for verification.
- Refunds are processed in bulk and may take a few days after the request.
