Sean Lee is Co-founder of ENOS and a former CEO of the Algorand Foundation. His work spans cross-border money movement, engagement with regulators and policymakers, and digital-asset ecosystem development across Asia and the Middle East. Gabriel R. Bizama is a researcher at the University of Bern and the association's Europe Policy Lead. His experience includes government financial-inclusion policy, advisory work for international organizations, open-finance implementation, stablecoin-based cross-border payments, and CBDC prototyping. Moderator Beth Haddock brings extensive governance, risk, and compliance experience.
