[ Session 1 ] A Story of a DevOps Engineer Redesigning Access Control Using ISMS as an Excuse

This is a 6-month record of redesigning access control from scratch, which was practically nonexistent, using the ISMS audit as an excuse. Starting with the audit as a pretext, doing it properly, more convenient and sustainable control ultimately led to better security, without silos between security and operations.
[ Session 2 ] High-Speed Cloud Intrusion: AI-Assisted Attack and Bedrock Agent Hijacking Scenarios

Through a real AI-assisted attack (LLMjacking) that stole admin privileges in 8 minutes and a research case of 'Agent God Mode' exploiting Bedrock Agent privilege flaws, we analyze the threat of high-speed AI attacks and share IAM isolation and defense automation strategies.
