According to the announcement, the service will provide 24/7 real-time collateral monitoring, automated margin calls, and other services, covering "various digital asset-backed transactions," including secured loans, convertible bonds, warehousing facilities, structured products, OTC derivatives, equipment purchases, PIPE financing, and more. The service holds collateral assets in Anchorage's regulated, segregated, and bankruptcy-remote custody. Additionally, Anchorage will act as a tri-party agent, handling operational and administrative matters on behalf of the two primary counterparties.
