This project adopts an innovative tokenized investment model, introducing a new investment direction with a foundation in the real economy to the digital asset market; Esperanza Securities can, through its managed investment funds, issue investment tokens (also known as security tokens), transforming physical assets in the entertainment sector into tradable digital securities products.
Techub News reported that Esperanza entered into a joint venture agreement with Hatcher Group Limited on March 3, 2026. Both parties will hold 49% and 51% equity in the joint venture company JV BVI Co, respectively. Upon the Securities and Futures Commission granting a license to JV BVI Co and the fulfillment of other preconditions, Hatcher Group will allot and issue consideration shares to Esperanza (or its agent) in return. The joint venture company JV BVI Co will become a direct non-wholly-owned subsidiary of Hatcher Group, and its financial performance will be consolidated into Esperanza's accounts. This collaboration aims to enhance the market layout for tokenized investment products, establish a compliant tokenized issuance system, and build an automated trading system for regulated asset-type tokenized investments with cross-industry scalability.
