Techub News, according to Bloomberg, Wall Street firms are ramping up hiring for bitcoin and cryptocurrency-related positions. As the cryptocurrency market matures, traditional financial institutions' demand for professionals in the digital asset sector continues to grow, reflecting the increasing attention the mainstream financial market is paying to the cryptocurrency industry.
Techub News reported, according to Cointelegrah, Trump Media & Technology Group is considering spinning off its flagship social media platform Truth Social for a public listing, a move that could make its cryptocurrency business a key development focus. The company announced it is in discussions with energy fusion startup TAE Technologies and blank-check company Texas Ventures Acquisition III regarding a potential transaction, with the latter set to take over the social media platform. These discussions are based on the group's over $6 billion merger agreement with TAE Technologies reached last December. Upon completion of the merger, Truth Social may be spun off into a new publicly traded company named SpinCo, which would subsequently merge with Texas Ventures Acquisition III. SpinCo shares will be distributed to Trump Media & Technology Group shareholders. Trump Media & Technology Group entered the crypto space in 2025, establishing the fintech brand Truth.Fi to support its crypto products and services, and established a Bitcoin reserve vault holding over 11,500 Bitcoins in late September. The company has also submitted multiple cryptocurrency exchange-traded fund applications to U.S. regulators under the Truth Social brand, including a Bitcoin ETF.
Techub News reported, according to The Block, Trump Media & Technology Group filed two new cryptocurrency ETF applications with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Friday, after several of its crypto ETF proposals were delayed last August. The two proposed ETFs are a Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF, and an ETF tracking the native token of the Cronos blockchain by Crypto.com. Both funds will offer on-chain staking rewards, with asset management firm Yorkville America Equities serving as the advisor. If approved, the management fee for both will be 0.95%, and subscriptions will be conducted through Foris Capital US LLC, the broker-dealer of Crypto.com.
Techub News reports that Truth Social's parent company, Trump Media & Technology Group (DJT), plans to partner with Crypto.com to distribute digital tokens to its shareholders, with the Cronos blockchain expected to be used. According to the plan, DJT's ultimate beneficial holders will be eligible to receive 1 new token for each share held, and token holders can obtain benefits or discounts for products such as Truth Social, Truth+, and Truth Predict. The token does not represent an ownership interest in the company and may be non-transferable or non-convertible into cash.
Techub News, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG, ticker DJT) reported less than $1 million in revenue for the third quarter of 2025, with a net loss of approximately $54.8 million, nearly triple the figure from the same period last year. The company currently holds over 11,500 Bitcoin, valued at approximately $1.3 billion based on market prices. It also holds approximately 756 million Cronos (CRO), valued at around $110 million based on market prices. Techub News, according to Forbes, Trump holds Bitcoin worth approximately $870 million, making him one of the largest Bitcoin investors in the United States. The report states that Trump indirectly holds Bitcoin through his shares in Trump Media & Technology Group, which operates Truth Social. Although the group's annual revenue is less than $4 million, its market capitalization on NASDAQ is as high as tens of billions of dollars, and earlier this year, the company pivoted to the cryptocurrency sector. In May, the company raised $2.3 billion through substantial borrowing and the sale of overvalued stock. In July, the company purchased $2 billion worth of Bitcoin. The stock sale diluted Trump's stake in the company from 52% to 41%. Since Trump Media & Technology Group's massive investment in Bitcoin, the price of Bitcoin has increased by approximately 6%. This means Trump holds 41% of the estimated $2.1 billion Bitcoin reserve, with a personal share of approximately $870 million.
